We are accepting applications for a full-time receptionist/secretary.
Essential Job Functions, include, but are not limited to:
- Provide telephone coverage during normal business hours.
- Provide training for back-up receptionists.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide general clerical/secretarial services for the Parish.
- Perform any job-related tasks necessary for the smooth flow of operations within the parish.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Creates a welcoming, Christ like environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of office skills, including telephone switchboard.
- Ability to organize
- work independently
- set schedules
- prioritize tasks
- work with other members of the Parish in a team setting.
- Working knowledge of computer applications Microsoft Office software knowledge required. PDS Office knowledge preferred.
