We are accepting applications for a full-time receptionist/secretary.

Essential Job Functions, include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide telephone coverage during normal business hours. 
  • Provide training for back-up receptionists.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. 
  • Provide general clerical/secretarial services for the Parish. 
  • Perform any job-related tasks necessary for the smooth flow of operations within the parish.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Creates a welcoming, Christ like environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Working knowledge of office skills, including telephone switchboard. 
  • Ability to organize
  • work independently
  • set schedules
  • prioritize tasks
  • work with other members of the Parish in a team setting. 
  • Working knowledge of computer applications Microsoft Office software knowledge required.  PDS Office knowledge preferred.
